Muslims, Jews, and Christians could live in peace without fear of mutual destruction.

This is the cruelest of lies, If Markos had only taken the time to actually read the Koran he would know that Mohammad had no use for Christians or Jews, that's why he was always killing them.

There would be no more need for US AID or justification for Dimona.

Why should we be concerned about aid to our allies?

We could bring down the Wall, send prisoners home, and families could be reunited.

Why weep for captured terrorists?

We could dismantle checkpoints, open crossings, and pull down barbed wire fences.

There would be no more settlements or armed settlers because the people would be united.

We could replant trees and olive groves and rebuild battered cities.

No more targeted killings and hell-fire missiles, or systematic demolitions.

Palestinians and Jews could live together and the world could address other issues.

What a simpler place this world would be

Some are simpler that others.

if there was no need for a Jewish majority - where there would otherwise be none.

Is it so hard to imagine?

Rather that indulge into the imagination of terrorists, let's consider the reality of jihad. To accept Markos' argument, one who have to belive that Israel is the only reason for jihad, yet jihad is global. A Muslim conquest of Israel would embolden terrorists worldwide, resulting in even more bloodshed. To presume otherwise exposes the left as desperately anti-Semetic, or dimly aware of the violent nature of the religion of peace.
