More Cartoon News

Jason at
Liberty and Culture
has an interesting article on Flemming Rose's publishing of the dreaded and blasphemous cartoons in the Washington Post. Here is my humble effort;

Clinton wants the Danish cartoonist's convicted.

Michelle Malkin
has a map of the cartoon protests.

45 dead so far in Nigeria despite the fact that an official apology has been issued.

I think the Danish cartoonists were just being obnoxious punks and they got in way over their heads.

The Islamofascists are violent, opportunistic parasites and the Danish cartoonists gave them the opportunity.

kt cat,
As long as there are non-Muslims around, that's all the excuse they need. Also, it's important to note that if the cartoons were ignored by Muslims, this story would have disappeared back in September shortly after it started. But most importantly, the Constitution is at stake.

WHT,
I read an article about an alternative paper that admited they were afraid to print the cartoons, I wish I would've saved it now.

Kevin,

I think we can all agree that we want more tolerance in the inner cities. However, I don't think that running around the middle of Compton, waving a Confederate flag would be a good approach to achieving that goal. :-)

Denmark. Making the world safe for stand-up comedians to urinate on the Koran since 2006. :-)

I'll stop now. See? I'm backing out of the room quietly. You won't even know I was here.

All the best,
KT

KT,
Stay as long as you like, and feel free to disagree (if you must), but I'm going to take issue with your Compton analogy. If you march around the 'hood waving the confederate flag in the faces of the homies, you can expect a fight, but not world wide death and destruction at the behest of religious leaders. The Danish cartoons didn't have to be seen by anyone who refused to read that paper. Let's condemn the violence aimed at freedom. Let's remember Salmon Rushdie, and Theo Van Gogh. If we back down now, we might not get up.

It is always something to the IslamoNazis. Saddam in his BVDs or Nuclear sweeps outside Mosques in the USA. A person who wants trouble will find it.

Kevin,
I like your art effort.

What a nice thing to say! And, Kevin, promote your blog any time at my blog.

K T Cat: The Islamofascists are violent, opportunistic parasites and the Danish cartoonists gave them the opportunity.

It's always something with these arrogant megalomaniacs. If the West doesn't do "something offensive," the Islamofascists will invent something offensive and attribute it to the West. What they can't stand is that infidels live and breathe. The ultimate appeasement is to let ourselves be beheaded.

The real agenda of Islamism, with this cartoons thing, is to promote anti-blasphemy laws in the West. Furthermore, Islam itself does not recognize any plurality, any difference of opinion. Dangerous road there!

Fear is keeping the newspapers from printing those cartoons. At least, that's how I see it.

You've got to love our ex President Bill Clinton. This man swore to uphold the Constitution. Apparently he has either forgotten his pledge or considers it void now that he is out of office. Is he speaking also for his wife?
